Many people have described our Gluten-Free Banana Bread as just like their grandmother's. It is moist and has a genuine banana flavor that comes from pure bananas, with no added flavoring. Our Banana Bread Mix can also be used to make zucchini bread, banana pancakes, and other great delights. Our Gluten-Free Banana Bread Mix is made with a mix of bean and chia flours which are a good source of protein, fiber, iron, and other beneficial vitamins and minerals. INGREDIENTS: organic unrefined cane sugar, tapioca starch, arrowroot, millet four, potato starch, chia flour, chickpea flour, pinto bean flour, navy bean flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, xanthan gum*, sea salt *Our xanthan gum has been DNA tested to confirm it is free of corn and soy. In January 2015 we began removing powdered honey from our flour blends. We have transitioned to organic unrefined cane sugar. This change improves the texture, taste and nutritional profile as well as the overall quality of our products that contain a sweetener.
