About XV700 XV750 VIRAGO 10.5" SHORT BOBBER CHROME SHOCKS

This is a set of shorty motorcycle rear shock absorbers. They have an all chrome finish. They have a free length of 10.5 inches from eye to eye which is 1.25" shorter than the original stock shocks. The springs have 5 tension adjustment positions. The spring adjuster tool is included. They are ideal if converting to a bobber or if you just want to lower your bike. The original shocks have rubber bushings in the top eyelets which tend to crack and split over time. This set of shocks has all metal bushings which will not wear out. The green wire ties that you see in the photo are there to secure the bushings and prevent them from being lost. These shocks are ready to install as they are and require no further modification. PRICE INCLUDES BOTH SHOCKS. THESE SHOCKS ARE NOT RECOMMENDED FOR RIDING WITH A PASSENGER. THESE SHOCKS WILL FIT: 1984-1987 XV700 VIRAGO 1988-1997 XV750 VIRAGO THESE ARE THE ONLY MODELS THAT THESE SHOCKS WILL FIT. We do offer shocks for these models in different lengths as well.
