Players will produce resources, move Elite and armies, assemble new civilians, and spend resources to perform actions. At the end of three Acts, the player with the most Victory Points wins!

Small populations gather around what remains of harvest fields, mines, refineries, factories and anywhere else they can produce valuables to use, consume or trade.
