This cutter is ideal to cut the light and medium strength wires. A stainless steel wire or a Niti wire of diameter 0.010, 0.012, 0.014 and 0.016 are recommended to cut. The sharp edges of tungsten carbide retain its sharpness for a longer period. Autoclaving does not have any effect on its efficacy.
