Remove SHILLS Charcoal strip from the pouch.2. Cleanse your face with water and wet your nose.Please remember the strip won't stick on a dry nose. 3. With Dry hands, peel the charcoal strip off plastic liner. Apply it to the nose area ( or face area) , smooth side down, pressing down to ensure good contact with skin. 4. Let dry for 10-15 minutes until it is stiff to the touch. 5. Carefully peel off starting at edges, pulling toward center. 6. Wash any traces of the stripes with water.
