Achieve fuller and more defined eyebrows in a few simple steps. Perform a patch test 48 hours before tinting to ensure you are not allergic to henna. Mix a small portion of the henna powder with a few drops of water to create a thick paste. Thoroughly cleanse your eyebrows with an oil-free makeup remover, even if you are not wearing any makeup.
