Waterproof Smudge proof Easy to Apply Easy to Remove Long Lasting Natural Looking Bella Brow comes in four different colors for light, medium and dark hair: blonde, brown, dark brown and ash black. How to Use: Step 1 Always apply the pen on clean skin. Step 2 Place forked tip angled down, start from nose to outer corner of brow, and using a small slow-motion draw hair like strokes.
