Massage: Use a few drops of essential oils, mixed with an unscented lotion during a spa or massage. Beauty: Dilute 10~12 drops of essential oil with your favorite carrier oil like Coconut Oil or Almond Oil to create a great-smelling lotion safe for the skin.
