The pedals are outfitted with an electronic kit for optimal independent triggering, with no cross talk or effects from ambient noise. Locating posts on the base plates keep the settings for the electronic kit and beaters from changing. For ease of adjustment, included are the patent pending MicroTune Spring Tensioners which incorporate a greater degree of precision and accuracy in fine scale spring tuning. Three MicroTune Spring Tensioners are included on the George Kollias Signature Edition Double Pedals, which allow for quick conversion to two single pedals. The Variable Drive Lever, unique to Axis Pedals, allows for the regulation of the ratio of footboard movement to the arc of the beater.
