This is a great tool for turning steaks or any other meat you BBQ. With the nice iron loop on the end creates a great grip. 16" length is approx. The iron is heated to 300 degrees, then soaked in cooking oil. This allows the metal pores to open up and soak in the oil. This helps to prevent rusting.
