Our kitchen spatulas made of solid stainless steel with high hardness, resistance to breakage and good strength. This stainless steel turner is flexible and lightweight but still strong. Be very careful if using spatulas for non stick cookware. This metal spatula stainless steel one feels light in hand, flexible enough get under and around anything. Strong enough to lift and flip.
