Sawyer's Spacing Tool provides a precise welding gap for pipes ranging from small to large diameters. Its compatibility with an array of clamps, pipe welding tools, and additional Sawyer tools, ensures the optimal pipe fit-up. Made of hardened and optimized steel, the tool is stronger than any other spacing wedge on the market and far less prone to shattering or bending under pressure. The Spacing Tool has a maximum thickness of ¼" and a long blade space, whereas the Short Spacing Tool has a maximum thickness of 3/16". Both wedges gradually taper to a chiseled point, providing a reliable and precise fit-up solution.
