About Seiko Kinetic Capacitor 3023-24X
Mainly for Seiko and their Kinetic lines, but 3023.24X is also used in many other movements. **Please note after installing a new Capacitor in a Seiko Kinetic Watch you must shake or swing the watch from 800 to 2,500 times to fully charge the new capacitor.**
