• The SAS-TEC CE approved armor from Scorpion EXO is made from viscoelastic memory foam which means that after impact or deformation of the foam, it will quickly revert back to its original shape• This armor is multi impact compliant so even if the same area is hit with repeated impacts, it still has fully functional capabilities• With adaptive absorption, the air within the cells allow progressive absorption of energy as the material becomes more firm as it compresses• SAS-TEC foam does not break down under high temperatures and can withstand up to 212 degrees Fahrenheit• This foam is also partially made of recycled materials making this armor an environmentally safe choice
