Start with the curved lumbar pad placed in the small of your back. If your waist is smaller than hips, wear it normally with the belt flaps meeting at your waistline and the washing label facing up. Pull snug. If your waist bigger than hips, flip the support upside down with the washing label facing down and the belt flaps meeting diagonally about 4” under your navel. Lift your belly and attach the Velcro flaps. Let your belly weight fall into non-stretch belt, tightening the support and lessening stress on the spine.
