In place of self-leveling sealant around waterproof roof fans, A/Cs, and other roof penetrations, waterproofing roof edge seams. It permanently adheres to all clean and dry metal, glass, plastic and wood surfaces. It does not shrink, crack, dry out, easy to work with and remains permanently flexible. Very versatile for creating a long-lasting sealed surface. IMPORTANT NOTES: 1. It would make your installation much easier if you can put the putty tape in refrigerator for about 1 hours when the room material is higher than 62F. 2. Overlapping the ends is very important for better sealing.
