This is the Viofo 3-wire hardwire kit to allow for automatic Parking Mode engagement. This kit will come with 2 ATO/Standard fuse taps. Please be sure these fit your cars fuse box!

With this kit, the A119V3 and A129 dash camera will automatically enter Parking Mode when engine is shut off.

Includes 2 ATO/Standard fuse type Tap-A-Fuse wires with 5A fuses. Four volatge cutoff options: 12.4V, 12.2V, 12V and 11.8V. This kit will cut power the the dash camera when it senses your battery voltage drops below the set point.

This kit is for the Viofo A119V3 and A129 dash camera only (this includes the Plus and Pro models). It will not enable Parking Mode in any other dash camera.

IMPORTANT, please be sure you know your vehicles fuse type before ordering. Compare your vehicle fuse type to the picture in the listing to ensure you purchase the kit with the correct taps. On older manufactured A129 units, the power cable from hardwire kit MUST be plugged directly into the camera (on A129 only) and NOT into the mount. All 3 wires must be connected!
About Viofo 3-Wire HK3 Hardwire Kit For The A119V3 And
This Viofo 3-Wire Hardwire Kit will automatically enable the Parking Mode in the Viofo A119V3 and A129 dash camera. Red wire (Battery) connects to a fuse that has constant power, the yellow wire (ACC) connects to a fuse that only has power when the key is turned to accessory mode or when engine is turned on and the black wire (GND) goes to ground. With Parking Mode enabled in the settings, the camera will automatically enter Parking Mode when the engine is shut off. There are 3 Parking Mode options: 1) Auto Event Detection: Automatically records when detecting moving objects or impact while car is parked. 2) Time Lapse: Photography at specified intervals so the video can be played back much faster than real time. 3) Low Bitrate Recording: Record video at low bitrate to save storage space. There are also 4 voltage cutoff settings to prevent your vehicles battery from depleting - 12.4V, 12.2V, 12V and 11.8V. Hardwire kit will shut off power when it senses if your battery voltage goes below the set value. Your Viofo A129 camera MUST be running firmware V1.5 or later. Firmware updates for the A129 can be found on the Capture Your Action website. All firmware versions of the A129 Pro, A129 DUO IR and A119V3 support the Viofo 3-wire kit when powered through the mount or direct to the camera. Older versions of the A129 must be powered directly and not through the mount for the 3-wire and parking mode to function correctly. Included in package: Viofo 3-wire hardwire kit and 2 ATO/Standard fuse type Tap-A-Fuse wires with 5A fuses. Please be sure you know which fuse type your vehicle requires before buying. The overall length of the kit is about 13 feet (4 meters). From the tap ends of the red, yellow and black wires (where they tap into the fuse box) to the converter box is about 3.25 feet. From the converter box to the miniUSB plug is about 9.8 feet. **All 3 wires must be connected for the kit to function correctly.
