Favorite pillow getting floppy, fill it up.Weight 5 lbs. Vacuum packed dimensions: 15 x 9 x 3 inches. Unpacked dimensions approx. 24 inches by 16 inches by 9 inches (2 cubic feet). Average size of each piece around ½" to 1". Vacuum packed contents regain shape within 4-24 hours.Memory foam vs. foam: Memory foam conforms to your body and is great for pillows and pet beds where you want the item to shape to reduce pressure points. It promotes better blood circulation. It will compress when you rest on it and then regain original shape when you leave. Regular foam is better for items where you want to support your whole body like a bean bag or a foot rest. Volume: 5 pounds of foam will give you about 2 cubic feet. If you had a 30" diameter 6" deep dog bed, this should be enough stuffing. If you have a 40" diameter dog bed, you would probably need 10 pounds.
