The high temperature setting is best for use with wood, plastic, metal, ceramics, magnets, leather, paper, fabric and other porous and non-porous materials. The low temperature setting is best used with lace, foil, ribbon, floral foam, lightweight fabric and other delicate materials. For best results use Surebonder (. 43 inch) diameter glue sticks. Other manufacturer's glue sticks vary in bonding quality.
