Oracal 651 Adhesive Craft Vinyl Sheets Oracal 651 vinyl is a premium adhesive craft vinyl made in the USA. It is compatible with most craft cutters such as Silhouette, Cricut, etc. Measuring at 2.5 mils in thickness and a solvent based, permanent adhesive, Oracal 651 is the vinyl of choice for many home crafters. It is ideal for outdoor signs, decals for windows and cars, cups, tumblers, scrapbooking, and many other home décor. Easy to weed and extremely durable, it can be applied to the substrate and lightly repositioned until it’s just right. Applying pressure will activate the adhesive and finish the installation.
