This gorgeous religious medal with a stunning representation of the Immaculate Virgin is lovingly crafted of authentic 92.5% sterling silver. This medallion is an heirloom quality piece that can be handed down for generations. Framing the madonna on the face of the pendant is the invocation 'O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee'. The back side of the charm centers around a letter M intertwined with a cross and bar representing Jesus’ sacrifice. Twelve stars representing the twelve apostles stand guard around the perimeter. Two additional stars representing Jesus and Mary sit in the place where hearts would traditionally be placed.
