When the object is not pulled out, stop, loosen the return valve, let the piston starting rod retract, and repeat 1, 2 and 3 steps for the second time after adjusting. 5.To retract the piston starting rod, only slightly loosen the return valve rod counterclockwise, and the piston starting rod gradually retracts under the action of the spring. 6.Hydraulic puller of corresponding tonnage should be selected according to the outside diameter, pull distance and load force of the pulled object before use. Do not overload and avoid damage. 7.The hydraulic puller uses (GB443-84) N15 mechanical oil at - 5-45℃ and (GB442-64) synthetic spindle oil at - 20 ~5℃. 8.In order to prevent damage caused by overload, an overload automatic unloading valve is installed in the hydraulic device. When the pulled object exceeds the rated load, the overloading valve will unload automatically. 9.New or long-standing hydraulic puller, because there is a lot of air in the cylinder, please move the handle first without load 2-3 times to eliminate air.
