Install 5 AAA batteries in the hand-held device. 2. Place the platform on a firm and level surface. 3. Press the "POWER" button on the hand-held device. 4. Press "UNIT" to select proper unit. 5. Press "ZERO" to tare the scale. 6. Place the object to be weighed until "STABLE"appears stable. Read the weight on the LCD. 7. CHARGE: Press "←"charge to set value, and then press to start charging. 8. RECOVERY: Press recovery to set value, and then press "←" to start recovery. 9.
