About K-Type Thermocouple Wire AWG 24 Solid W. High

This is a high temperature k-type thermocouple wire with yellow braided high temperature fiberglass insulation, which is good up to about 700 degree C Celsius or 1292 degree F Fahrenheit. This HT k-type thermocouple wire can be used to make your own thermocouples for a wide range of applications, or to make your own extension wire. It is useful to make a hook up wire to connect thermocouples to your digital oven or kiln controller. The chromel / alumel thermocouple wire is made to standard thermocouple specifications. It is sold in 10 yard rolls. It is useful for higher than normal temperature measurement, to about 1300 F, when ceramic insulation is not needed.
