About AmScope 40X-1500X Inverted Phase-Contrast
This is a professional inverted trinocular microscope, designed for fluorescence and phase-contrast, with a Kohler illumination system and mechanical stage. It offers crisp, sharp images, and advanced features. This model comes with color-corrected infinity optical system (CSIS), a movable large-working-distance condenser, 45 degree inclined trinocular head, high eye-point Plan eyepieces, long-working-distance Plan achromatic objectives for bright-field and phase-contrast. This microscope offers nine brightfield magnification powers, 40X, 100X, 200X, 250X, 400X, 500X, 600X, 1000X & 1500X, and six phase contrast settings, 100X, 200X, 250X, 400X, 500X & 1000X. Its 30-watt Kohler illumination system was designed for 90-240V wide voltage power supplies. This fluorescence microscope is a perfect instrument for biological laboratory applications.The ultra-sensitive 5MP digital camera uses a cutting-edge global-shutter CMOS sensor which provides better motion-rendering, eliminating rolling-shutter artifacts. The new design based partly on CCD archiecture provides extremely-high sensitivity, ideal for fluorescence microscopy and other low-light applications. In brightfield applications, the camera can record up to 88fps at lower resolution, and 35fps at high-resolution. The camera captures still images and video, and allows you to view a live stream on your PC. With software available for Windows, Mac, and Linux, it's a multi-platform imaging solution. The included Windows software offers image-development and measurement tools, as well as advanced compositing features such as image-stitching and extended-depth-of-focus. Independent preview and capture resolutions allow you to view high-speed video while capturing high-definition images. For Mac and Linux, there is a lite version with limited processing features.
