About Monoprice Signal Direct Box
Throw the Sound Block II in a bag, trunk, or anywhere cable and mic audio supplies are stored. The heavy-duty construction and passive electronics make the Sound Block II nearly indestructible. This Direct Interface is extremely versatile as a Hi-to-LoZ transformer for electric instruments and devices to XLR mics. The Sound Block II is a very easy to use passive device. Choose your input; 1/4in L/R from an electric piano or small mixer, stereo RCA from consumer audio products, (such as Blu-ray Disc players), or 3. 5mm from your mobile device or computer. Enjoy a fully balanced stereo XLR L+R line to a stage snake or mixer. If you need to conserve input channels, select the Sum Mono function to combine the stereo signal to a single balanced run to the system. A ground lift is provided for use in older buildings with janky wiring or if circuits are different from stage to where the sound system is located.
