They have the highest standard of quality and care of bridal gowns in cleaning and preservation. 100 Year Guarantee: In very rare instances, a gown will yellow over a period of time. In the unlikely event this occurs, the Wedding Gown Preservation Company is happy to reprocess the gown at no charge. Should they be unable to remove the yellow, the preservation cost will be refunded. Beads and sequins are excluded. Process: 1. Upon receiving your kit, fill out the information form. Be sure to fill out your email address and you will receive emails when your dress is delivered to the Wedding Gown Preservation Co. and again when your gown ships back to you. 2.
