About Great Day CL1601-OCR Rack
Mid-sized SUV's, autos and trucks sometimes have advantages over full-sized vehicles---better gas mileage, easier parking, maneuvering thru traffic---in some cases, even performing better to get you to your outdoor hideaway. In some States and in Canada, it is required to have firearms encased when being transported in a vehicle. So, Great Day recognized the need for a special Gun rack for mid-sized vehicles and designed the CL1601-OCR, center-lok overhead Gun case rack. The CL1601-OCR expands from 45" to 49" and installs in most 4-door mid-sized vehicles with center door posts. (Note-before ordering, measure the width of the vehicle, the length of the firearm and be sure that no factory or after-market equipment will interfere with installation CL1601-OCR Gun case rack features generous-sized, cushioned cradles that hold one encased firearm securely next to the Headliner of the vehicle. The frame of the unit is constructed of aircraft aluminum. The CL1601-OCR installs in just minutes without any drilling or bolting.
