Toscano Black, the "Manifesto" dark chocolates from Amedei. These chocolates are made from a blend of Trinitario and Criollo. With different percentages of cocoa,they evoke the unique nuances of masterfully blended beans in an encounter with classic chocolate featuring a crisp cracking sound and clean palate. The inviting,genuine aroma of the 70% blend dominates,with traces of tobacco and toasted malt in the background. The first bite offers a surprise as a powerful structured flavour makes its entrance after a delicate first impression. Ingredients: cocoa mass, cane sugar, cocoa butter, vanilla. Min cocoa. 70%.
