Snack on it your way! Best if sliced with a sharp knife (be careful, please) cross-way at 1/8" but everyone has their own way. Shave it thin to delight your friends by adding it to your next charcuterie board! True Biltong Slabs is a fun way to expand your snack pallet - but it is not easy going and nothing worth doing is easy! Made 100% Natural from US-raised, USDA beef so expect a fair amount of variation and split the slab to find the bits you like.
