Fresh casings each hold 1 lb of meat

Save unused portion for a year and longer.
25 fresh 1 lb casings for homemade summer sausage. Soak casings for 20 minutes before use. Stuff with seasoned meat and cook or smoke. Casings are permeable. Pre-tied on one end, open on the other. Seal with tape, wire or string. W Mix venison, beef, pork or your favorite wild game meat for homemade summer sausage.
