Some of them would be more of a challenge than others but with enough practice most people would be to paint the designs. Each design comes with its own step-by-step instructions and detail pictures for each step. This would be a good book for the teenager or younger woman wo enjoys painting their own nails and wants some fun designs too. Though I feel that some of the designs would be time consuming.
