Teltron gas triode S. Electron tube filled with low-pressure helium gas and containing a thermionic cathode, control grid, and anode. This tube is for quantitative investigations of the typical properties of a gas-immersed triode, recording the current-potential (IA-UA) characteristics of a thyratron, and observing discharges and discontinuous energy release of helium atoms during inelastic collisions with free electrons. Maximum heater voltage: 7.5 volts AC/DC. Maximum anode voltage: 500 volts. Anode current: approximate 10 milliampere at 200 kilovolt (anode).
