The rich umami of dashi with a hint of citrus Dashi Ponzu Soy Sauce is the perfect balance of tart with the rich flavors of dashi. It is a blend of dried bonito, mackerel, kombu, citrus and traditionally brewed soy sauce. Use this wonderful citrus infused soy sauce with hot pot, gyoza, cold tofu, salad and grilled fish/steak.
