The grenade bottle is not a gimmick. Every one of our hot sauces is 86% actual peppers, versus most other brands that “water down” their sauces with extra vinegar (or even actual water) to ~20%. We can trace every hand-picked, hand-washed pepper to the acre of land where it was grown, right here in America. And we carefully control the processing, aging, and bottling of our sauce from start to finish. It’s easy to cut corners, but it’s just not how we do things.
Bring a gift you’re proud to give. Show up with a bottle of wine and it’s gone in an hour and quickly forgotten; but give the gift of The General’s Hot Sauce and it lasts for months. Feel good about giving a gift that not only makes an exciting first impression, but is also a gourmet, American-made sauce from a veteran-owned company founded specifically to hire and donate to veteran and military families.
Welcome to the Heat Seeker: cayenne and habanero Heaven! Dead Red is a rich, medium-to-hot cayenne sauce, perfect on pizza, BBQ, Mexican food, or chicken dishes. Danger Close is a hotter, blended sauce; DC packs a strong cayenne flavor, but with a solid backdoor kicker of habanero heat. We think it's the PERFECT sauce for hot buffalo wings. Shock & Awe is not for the faint of heart-concentrated habanero heat balanced against an initially citrusy flavor, extremely hot. Use it in sauces or in chili, and BE CAREFUL. The world doesn't need another average hot sauce, so we work hard to do things the right way; we grow all our own peppers in the U.S., we handle all our own bottling, and every bottle of TGHS is 86% actual peppers (the industry standard is a lowly 20%). As a Veteran-owned business, our company exists to donate a meaningful percentage of our profits to help military and Veteran families. It's not a temporary marketing campaign, it's not a division of the company. It IS the company.
