DESCRIPTION Red semi-viscous liquid, with acidic, salty and spicy taste; characteristic smell of chili with chamoy (vulgar). Excellent for garnishing fruits and snacks. We have a wide range of products for all tastes, ranging from our already traditional Chamoy Sauce and our all-purpose MIX Sauce, to our new Chamoy-type Bittersweet Powder in Traditional and Blackberry flavors. INGREDIENTS Made from water, salt, sugar, citric acid, dried chili peppers, artificial flavoring, xanthan gum, red 40, sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate as preservatives EXPECTED USE Excellent for garnishing fruits and snacks.
