About Polylok 12" Heavy Duty Cover/Lid For Corrugated

The Polylok 3004-C 12” flat cover is for use with 12” ribbed or corrugated pipe. This cover will not fit Polylok risers. This product features a skid resistant surface, factory installed gasket, and the highest level of UV protection. The cover will withstand normal residential and light commercial traffic, and is made of HDPE which is highly resistant to harsh septic environments, providing years of trouble free service. This Polylok cover will ship with the stainless steel screws required for installation.
