Female and male threads on two ends and male threads on the branch for connecting, firm tight fitting, no leaks. Teflon tape is recommended for threaded joints. T-shape The tee fitting diverter is T-shaped and has three openings to connect angle valve, faucet and hoses/ pipes, two on the main run and one branch at a 90-degree angle from the middle of the tee.
