Fiberglass Warehouse - 4oz fiberglass cloth, also known as a sailboat cloth. To be used with epoxy, polyester, and vinyl ester resin. Popular, general-purpose fiberglass that can be used in a variety of lightweight applications like laminating, reinforcing, sheathing and waterproofing. This fiberglass cloth roll provides a uniform strength horizontally and vertically. It is a smooth, flexible, and lightweight fabric and is often used on surfboards, sailboats, cedar strip canoes, or other applications including pool, automotive or marine repairs. Layer this cloth when more strength is needed. Model No. 1522. Plain weave fabric, 6 mils thick. Fabric Weight (Dry): 3.7 oz/yd2 (125 g/m2) Nominal Construction: Warp Count: 24/inch, Fill Count: 22/inch Fabric Thickness: 6.00 mil (0.15 mm) Breaking Strength: Warp: 65 lbs/inch, Filling: 60 lbs/inch This is a 10-yard roll (30 feet) by 50” wide for an area of 125 sq. ft.
