✅ Traction Pulling – When utilizing the traction trainer for pulling, you will be using the connecting belt(s) and the strap clip. Whether the strap clip is connected to the belt at the lower leg (pulling downwards, stretching the ligaments at the top of the base of your body part) or at the hip (pulling sideways, stretching the ligaments on the sides), once the clip is connected to the belt, you will be forcefully pulling and stretching the ligaments at the base.
✅ Taction Hanging - When utilizing the device for hanging, the chain will be looped around some light weights (2-5lbs) and connected to the glans cap using the chain clip. Once you connect the weight and stand up straight, gravity will start to forcefully pull your body part outwards and downwards, stretching the ligaments at the base and bringing out more of your internal portion of your body part.
✅ Versatility – You can vary your traction training by not only switching up between pulling and hanging, but also by varying your stances (which changes the stretching angles) and changing the positioning of the shaft sleeve. ✅ Glans Cap Sizing – The glans cap should be fitting and not be too big, but it also shouldn’t be too small and tight. You can measure your glans (head) and compare it to the sizing chart in the listing images. If you're currently on the smaller side (don't worry, this won't be for long), get the small sized cap. If you’re currently on the larger side, the large sized glans cap will probably be best. And if you’re currently average sized, get the medium.
