The basket stretcher has an adjustable feet-securing mechanism and safety belts. Basket stretchers are also designed to be secured inside the helicopter. The stretcher’s high-density polyethylene shell is supported by a fully attached, heavy-duty aluminum frame. Molded-in runners and handholds make the stretcher easy to handle, even on rough terrain. It can be used with an adjustable lifting bridle, thanks to well-placed brass grommets (always use tag lines when lifting the stretcher).
