Product Description The large TIDI Grip-Lok Foley Catheter Securement Device secures the urinary catheter in a channel created by a foam insert and loop strap and is designed to improve safety and comfort. Its strong, hypoallergenic adhesive is gentle on skin. Note that skin prep may be required for better adhesion. Unique features allow an easy-to-apply, secure attachment that helps prevent dislodgement of an indwelling urinary catheter. The securement device permits a limited degree of horizontal and vertical movement, and the adhesive does not come into contact with the catheter. A low-profile design keeps the device close to the skin; no hard plastic components are used. A functional open-and-close flap makes it easy to reposition the line without removing the catheter securement device from the skin. The large Grip-Lok Foley Catheter Securement Device has a larger footprint than the small Grip-Lok Foley Catheter Securement Device and is widely used in homecare settings, hospitals, and medical offices.
