African Yellow Pepper Ground This is a highly aromatic pepper with a spicy, zesty bite. Handpicked from the tropical farms of West Africa and dried to perfection, it instantly adds a crisp spicy flavor to dishes. Popularly called Cameroon pepper, this yellow pepper variety is used in many African & French fusion dishes. It is VERY HOT so use with caution. USES: Enlivens any dish with its unique, flavorful taste. It is great for preparation of hot sauces, grilled meats, or veggies Use sparingly because its very hot! One-Pot Pepper Chicken: Ingredients: 1 ½ lbs chicken breasts cut into cubes 1 cup chopped red bell peppers 1 cup chopped onions 1 tsp ground African yellow pepper 1 tsp ground garlic ¼ cup EVOO oil Salt to season Instructions: Mix ground pepper, onions, garlic, salt and bell peppers in a bowl. Add the chicken and toss to fully coat. Place in the fridge to marinate for 30 minutes. In a medium pan, heat up oil then add chicken and pan cook till fully cooked. Serve hot with Jollof rice, brown rice or quinoa.
