Did you know that Mulberries are named after the vivacious hairstyle known as a mullet. When growing on the tree, the Mulberries fruit is long, narrow and flowing, just like a mullet. During harvest, in order to pluck these delicious fruits, Mulberries must be trimmed and cut short, as the top contains the most nutritious and ripe fruit. And as any mullet aficionado knows, once a mullet is trimmed... baby, its gone - Thusly, the "Mul" in Mulberries is an homage from whence that fruit once came from, a true Mullet Berry. OK, so maybe none of that was true. But Andre Agassi once had a mullet, and that, is definitely true. Anthony's Sun Dried Organic White Mulberries are imported from the source in Turkey, and are as natural as they come! Our Dried Mulberries are USDA certified organic by California Certified Organic Farmers (CCOF), and since these Dried Mulberries are 100% Organic, no genetically modified ingredients are used in the growing process. Additionally, these mulberries are non-irradiated. But wait, there's more!
