Sublimation blanks Method: Two ways to sublimate these sublimation cups: one is to use an oven (tightly wrap the sublimation cup with shrink wrap before entering the oven), and the other is to use a sublimation machine. Recommended time and temperature: Thermal sublimation machine: 50 seconds, 334 degrees Fahrenheit. Oven: 6 minutes, 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Attention: Please do not put the sublimation tumbler into the microwave for heating.
