Specification - Stroke length: 2 inches (50mm); travel speed: 0.55in/sec(14mm/sec); retracted length: 155mm(6"); extended length: 205mm(8"); current draw: 3amps.
Material - aluminum alloy housing, IP54-rated protection sealed against dust, water, and corrosion suitable for outdoor use. The internal limit switch automatically switches off when it reaches in case of the motor idling.
Low Noise - The low noise design, noise level below 50 dB; with reliable performance, stable running, the same characteristics of push and pull, and good environment adaptability, etc.
Application - widely used in many industries, such as electric power, machinery, metallurgy, mining, petroleum, chemical industry, transportation, lifting, construction, food and feed processing, and so on.
Professional Team - DC HOUSE has been manufacturing linear actuators for many years, passing several technical tests.
Product Features: Specification: Stroke length = 2 inches (50mm); Travel Speed: 0.55in/sec(14mm/sec); Retracted length = 155mm(6"); Extended Length=205mm(8"). Material: Aluminum alloy housing, IP54-rated protection sealed against dust, water, and corrosion suitable for outdoor use. Internal limit switch, automatically switch off when it reaches in case of the motor idling. Great Performance: with reliable performance, stable running, the same characteristics of push and pull, and good environment adaptability, etc. Application: Widely used in many industries, such as electric power, machinery, metallurgy, mining, petroleum, chemical industry, transportation, lifting, construction, food, and feed processing. WARNING: 1. The load value used under horizontal conditions is 1000N, and the limit value of the load under tilt to different angles is not less than 800N. 2. Install an actuator so the force of the load acts in the center of the extension tube and the rear mounting adapter. 3. Mount the actuator by securing the top and the bottom mounting holes to two fixed positions. The stroke length of the actuator and the limitations of the particular application will determine the location of the fixed mounting positions. IMPORTANT: 1.Confirm that the two-way movement of the item is smooth and within the actuator's stroke length after it has been installed. Additionally, confirm that no obstacles exist along the travel path of the actuator. 2. Secure the item's top and bottom mounting holes onto the two mounting fixtures using 5/16'' diameter bolts. 3. Connect the red wire to the positive post and the black wire to the negative post of the DC power supply. 4. The operation of the item should be tested manually after the installation is completed.
