Item No. H20-RS1, come with 1-PC 110-120V/50-60Hz, 2000W, hot tub Thermostat, 2-PCS tube connectors (The tube is not included, you need to prepare an extra 1.5” hoses), suitable for a bathub with 200 gallons, up to 400 gallons.

Make sure the direction of the water flow is correct, otherwise it will not work. Minimum working pressure 0.035MPa. we recommended to use at least 0.25HP/200W (1500GPH) pump to work well. The required heating time varies according to the environment and water temperature, so it is recommended to fill the bathtub with hot water instead of cold water to reduce the heating time(better with an insulation cover).

By adjusting the temperature button, the thermostat can keep the water temperature between 0℃ and 45℃ (32ºF~113ºF), this thermostat turns on and off automatically according to the temperature you set. If temperature exceed 60℃(139ºF), reset button will flick out and cut off the power, needing manual reset.

Important Notes: 1.It is advisable to have this device installed by authorized or professional personnel, as 99% of thermostat malfunctions result from incorrect installation. 2.Installation of this thermostat requires the preparation of a 25A adapter or circuit breaker, the correct voltage of 110-120V, and proper wiring. 3.Use 1.5-inch pipes; smaller pipes may not guarantee sufficient water flow. Additionally, use a water pump with a rating of 0.25HP/200W or a flow rate of 3600 liters per hour or higher to ensure it can activate the water flow switch inside the device for the thermostat to function. (Insufficient flow will prevent the thermostat from working, so extra attention is needed.) 4.Proper installation orientation is crucial; the direction of water flow should match the direction indicated by the arrow on the device (the arrow direction indicates the inlet and outlet). The thermostat will only work when installed correctly. (Incorrect installation orientation will prevent the thermostat from functioning.) 5.Adjust the outlet water temperature to a high setting; the thermostat will only operate when the water temperature is higher than the set outlet temperature. When the water temperature exceeds the set temperature, the device will automatically stop working. The adjustment range is from 32ºF to 113ºF (0-45℃). When the hot water exceeds 139ºF (60℃), the reset button will automatically pop out and cut off the power. (To reactivate the device, you need to unscrew the cap next to the adjustment knob and press the reset button.) 6.The primary function of this device is to maintain the temperature of the hot tub, so please fill the hot tub with hot water rather than cold water. It is recommended to use an insulating cover to maintain the water temperature. 7.The recommended hot tub capacity is 200 gallons, with a maximum of up to 400 gallons under suitable insulation conditions.
