About SUNGATOR Brass Tube Fitting, Half-Union, 3/8
This SUNGATOR half union compression tube fitting is made of premium brass, having a flared tube connection and a male NPT connection, suitable for use with fuel and gas systems. It can withstand up to 100 °C (212 °F). This fitting is part of an assembly that resists mechanical pullout for a more secure connection, and can be assembled and reassembled without affecting the seal. Firm and durable: Premium solid brass with thick wall, corrosion resistant, more durable than iron and iron galvanized pipe fittings. Great fixation: Deeper and tighter threads allows better bite, enhancing fixation, not easy to slip. Easy installation: Smooth threads will reduce the resistance during installation, saving time and improving efficiency. Tips: For better sealing, we suggest that all fittings must be used with sealing tape. These fittings contain lead and are not allowed by federal law to be installed for potable water use in the U.S.A. and its territories. Contents: 2 pack of 3/8" flare x 3/8" NPT male pipe.
