Built to stand up to the elements, the rust- and corrosion-resistant 3 in. round drain grate prevents leaves and debris from entering the pipeline while letting stormwater through. The drain grate, also known as a drain cover, is ideal for draining light flows from small lawns, landscaped areas, patios, and walkways. The 3 in. Round Drain Grate has an open surface area of 2.7 sq. in. and flow rate of 8 GPM. Connects to 2 in. Sch. 40 pipe and 3 in. sewer and drain fittings for a soil-tight fit. The pipe grate is ADA Compliant and heel-proof. Built to stand up to the elements, the drain grate is made of rust- and corrosion-resistant brass, and the collar is made of polyvinyl chloride, a type of plastic, using a combination of virgin and recycled content treated with UV inhibitors to prevent fading and cracking from the sun. As part of a complete drainage system, the grate blocks leaves and debris as water enters drain pipes.
