Open up the frame, push up on the center hub and extend the legs...it’s that simple! The 12’x12’ canopy top provides 144 sq. ft. of shade and protects and cools 10 to 14 people. Top is made from water resistant and fire retardant (CPAI-84 certified) 150D polyester fabric. Canopy top features an aluminum backing providing 99% UV protection from the sun’s harmful UV rays. Durable steel frame comes fully assembled, no loose parts to connect no loose parts to lose. Frame features a re-enforced ceiling truss to provide extra strength and structural integrity for a large canopy frame. Black hammertone powder coated finish prevents corrosion and provides a premium, rich finish. Straight leg design provides maximum shade and features 4 adjustable heights at the click of a button.
